Does the Furniture require installation?

The Installation is depended upon the structure and built of the product; however, any of the followings could match your purchase.

Self-Installation:- Our all furniture is design self-assemble and very easy knock in & out mechanism. 

Expert-Installation:- Any furniture that requires expert installation help, our professional join partners will be allotted for assembly services. Client has to pay him at the time of installation.

Is our delivery Free of Cost (FOC)?

No. The shipping cost for each product will vary based on the city & location which will be communicated on the checkout page or you can get in touch with us. The cost will depend upon the Size & Weight of the product. Kindly get in touch with our support team were client is ready to pay for delivery as per actual.

What is the warranty period for my furniture?

The products come with 6 months to 1 year warranty depending on the product or as specified in each product detail, which covers manufacturing defects or inherent termite resistance.

 This limited warranty does not apply to:

  1. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process.
  2. Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.
  3. Cracks during the random displacement.
  4. Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood, plywood & laminates.

With time, solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product. As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty. There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

Is my delivery guaranteed in 4-6 weeks?

Our team or delivery partner is dedicated to dispatching your products within the 4 to 6 weeks from date of purchase. The timeline varies according to the products and delivery location, If the product is available in the inventory, it may get dispatched earlier to the given timeline. However, in case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the Est. delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. Actual delivery time may vary according to your shipping location.  

Am I promised a doorstep delivery for my order?

A doorstep delivery can be availed, in case of small products which can be lift or staircase easily. Available service lift at your building that would be sufficient to accommodate the furniture. Otherwise, ground floor delivery is applicable.

Is my purchase amount inclusive of all taxes?

Yes, all the offered products prices are inclusive of all the taxes.

Do I need to submit any documents for receiving my delivery?

Yes, if required, you need to submit the ID proof of the concerned person.
